Christmas Day and Night

Kathy, the stars shine bright on this Christmas Night, and because we love the right way, a path of light is lit between you and me and the kingdom of God. In the heavens above, I believe the Lord would say, let’s celebrate this Christmas Day, and the angels decorated a Christmas tree.

The city of God is transformed into a city of lights; the walls of diamonds and streets of gold reflect the happiness of a heavenly celebration. The drummer boy plays drums, Gabriel blows his horn, and everyone sings beautiful music to the Lord.

Glory be to the King; let everyone rejoice in the Lord. The King and the angels look upon the Earth and see people everywhere celebrating the birth of His Son, and the King proclaims trials and temptations didn’t turn their hearts away, and many of these that remember Him will live in His Kingdom someday.

On this Christman Day, the winds of Heaven rush the Earth, and the Spirit of God warms hearts and says love thy neighbors, forgive their trespasses, and let there be peace on Earth; who are we to deny the will of the Lord?

Kathy, if we close our eyes in the quiet of the evening and look toward Heaven on Christmas Night, I am sure we will glimpse the celebration in His Kingdom, and I ask you to take a moment to meditate. Can you see and hear the angels sing glory to the newborn King?

On this night and every night, O’ Lord, wrap me in your arms and shelter me under your wings. O’Lord, draw men and women to the gospel truth, mend broken hearts, and fill them with Love for you: Paul Castle, Bible story writer.
